Dear Member,

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting (SGM) of Banbridge Town Football Club will be held as follows:

Purpose of the SGM

The business of the meeting shall be strictly limited to the following items:

1. Ratification of a new Club Constitution

2. Election of Office Bearers

Members are reminded that, in accordance with club procedures, no Any Other Business (AOB) will be permitted at this Special General Meeting.

Relevant documentation, including the proposed Club Constitution, will be circulated in advance of the meeting. You can download the nomination form for officers, at the bottom of this page.

All members are encouraged to attend, as the matters to be considered are fundamental to the governance and administration of the club.

Who can attend the meeting?

Any supporter is welcome to attend the meeting, however only members of Banbridge Town Football Club can vote.
